Patient appointments are scheduled from 8:00 am to 11:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. We are closed for lunch each day from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
If you are unable to keep your appointment and must cancel or reschedule, please contact us so that we may schedule that time for another patient. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice of any cancellation whenever possible.
Please bring any current prescription and/or over-the-counter medication, vitamins, or supplements with you to your appointment.
If you believe your situation is a MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 or go immediately to the nearest HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM for treatment. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible thereafter so that we may follow-up and assist in your care.
